Cultivated and harvested from the country’s most fertile regions, our black and green olives are gently processed to preserve their taste and then seasoned with Dead Sea salt for added flavor. Above all, we are committed to preserving the original qualities of our products and as such utilize the Nabali Mohassan (Rassee) olive, which is indigenous to Jordan and evokes a sense and taste of tradition. The unique qualities of this special olive are similar to the popular the Spanish Manzanila variety and include a homely flavor, a rich color and a substantial flesh-to-pit ratio.

CTC’s table olive range comes in two styles, the California-style ripe black olive and the Spanish-style green olive.
